So many of us have unhealed Trauma in our past. Some of us absolutely realize that what happened to us was traumatizing, and I pray that those people find the healing they deserve. But some people don't know that what they went through as a child was in fact traumatic, and worse, it's not stuck in the past, it's currently affecting everything about their present relationships. It comes out in our anxieties or the things we avoid talking about, it shows up in our reactions, and it can absolutely sabotage our more important relationships.
